Our relationship with employees can be illustrated by the motto:

Everything depends on only on people, on their professionalism, creativity, experience, care and reliability; on their ability to build up relations, offer something more, openly listen to arguments; thus they can find new solutions, topics, they can move the borders of possibilities. This is exactly the way our employees are.
Therefore together with our employees we started implementing the standard Investors in People in 2010, in the frame of project Adaptability. The project was co-financed from EU funds through Human Resource and Employment Operational Program, being helped by PhDr. Alena Přidalová, the consultant.
In 2011, based on assessment of our work with employees and inspecting audit we obtained a certificate Investors in People (IIP) , which is an internationally respected standard in the field of human resource management, placing the employees in the center of strategy and efficiency of a company.
It monitors abilities of the company to use skills and improve potential of employees in accordance with goals and strategies of the company. Thus standard IIP represents an efficient tool to increase qualifications, flexibility, motivation, work productivity of employees, which will reflect in increased performance of the company.
