Notified Body No. 1019

VVUÚ a.s. offers services as a Notified Body No. 1019, i.e. assessment of conformity European directives (government directives) with an issue of EC-certificates.

VVUÚ a.s. is the Notified Body for the Machinery Directive, Personal Protective Equipment Directive and Directive for Explosives for civil uses.

Machinery for the underground works of the following types: (Section 12 of Annex No. 4) VVUÚ a.s. as the Notified Body No. 1019 performs the conformity assessment of the products specified in Annex No. IV of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (MD) (in Annex No. 4 of the GD No. 176/2008 Coll. - GD):

  • 12.1. locomotives and brake-vans

EC-type examination  - Article 12(3b) and 12(4a) (Annex IX)
Full quality assurance procedure  - Article 12(3c) and 12(4b) (Annex X)
   

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Work harness

VVUÚ a.s., as the Notified Body No. 1019, performs the conformity assessment of the following products specified in Article 8 (4) of the PPE-Directive 89/686/EEC, as amended by the Directive of the Council 93/68/EHS, 93/95/EHS and the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council 96/58/ES (in § 3, letter f) GD No. 21/2003 Coll.):

  • personal protective equipment against the fall from a height
