No. 3125 (COSM), was accredited by the Czech Accreditation Institute according to ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17021:2007 for certification of quality management systems, environmental management systems, management systems of operational health and safety, quality management systems in connection with quality requirements concerning welding and information security management systems in the scope mentioned in the Annex to the Accreditation Certificate No. 101/2010, from 5th of March 2010, for Certification Body No. 3125.
