Metal-working and forming capacities of the Machine Building Division D60 of VVUÚ, a.s. company

Within the frame of manufacturing of steel constructions and other products from steel and also alkaline metals the Machine Building Division D60 offers the following manufacturing capacities:

1. Forming of metal plates and profiles

    In this area we offer:

    a) parting rolled steel on band saws with maximum cross-section of 410 x 60mm

    b) sheet metal cutting on hydraulic and mechanical cutters - maximum 3010 x 10 mm

    c) profile cutting e.g. maximum L 60x60x8

    d) profile forming into round shapes - e.g. flat steel 80 x 15 on edge

    e) plate forming into round shape - maximum 3000 x 10 mm

2. Machining

    In this area we offer:

    a) Turning on universal centre lathes - maximum 550 x 2500mm

    b) Machining on CNC machining centre SBL 500

    c) Milling - 500 x 300 x 200 mm

3. Surface protection

    In this area we offer:

   a) Paint shop for smaller units

   b) Zinc coating maximum 500 x 500 x 200 mm

Within the frame of steel construction production we are the holders of the certificate

 "Performance of steel constructions according to ČSN 73 2601 AMENDMENT2"

("large" welding permit) and human and machine capacities needed for these activities in two manufacturing halls with the area of almost 2.500 m2, equipped with bridge cranes with lifting capacity of 5000 kg and 8000 kg.
