Facility Management and Services

The main task of Division 20 in the area of VVUÚ a.s. is to insure a regular maintenance and repairs of technological devices serving the electrical energy supply (distribution points, power stations), water supply (water-pumping stations, sewage plants, sewage distribution points), gas supply (boiler houses), and telecommnication services.

Apart from regular maintenance, failure removal and insuring repairs of individual workplaces, the main tasks of the division are organizing fire safety, waste disposal, outside and inside cleaning of the buildings, engineering activities, security guard, vehicle parking in VVUU premises, real estate activities (rental of administration buildings including their administration), examinations of distribution points and electric tool, operational health and safety of individual workplaces, and arrangement of electro-works, engineering and real estate activities for external customers.

In our approach, Facility Management presents a complex activity with services interconnected and directed in such a way that they create a pleasant environment in certain premises of certain purpose. 

Each commercial property must be understood as an investment of the property owner. Facility Management must be, therefore, provided on such a level, that our work means a real added value ensuring to the owner the investment return - through satisfied tenants and a fully engaged facility.
