Division 60 - Machine Building

Division 60 - Machine building performs its production in two production halls with the area of 1135 m2 and 1190 m2. Production program of the division is focused mainly on two main segments: 

a) Production of safety and dustproof products in relation to companies dealing with mining-related activities. It concerns the following range:

• water-spray dust separators of OM range for diameters of 630, 800, and 1000 mm ducting, incl. providing a OMK
• passages, manholes and covers for dam barriers
• dam air door
• ducting ventilation, manholes and noise suppressor
• drawbar hooks of a support HK 24 and HP 28
• spraying roses and nozzles
• foam-water spray device
• vortex tubes
• steel constructions and crosses of mining-works connections 

b) Production of steel constructions and special parts for investment wholes in civil engineering, energetics etc.

Here it concerns middle and heavy constructions within the weight of individual modules of 8000 kg and spatial, steel closed and opened weldments with an exact working. We perform a surface protection by means of coating, painting.

Both production halls are equipped with manipulation means - overhead cranes with load capacity of 8 000 kg, forklifts, automotive truck VW Crafter.

Production potential

Division 60 - Machine building disposes apart form welders for welding in a protected atmosphere of mixed gases (MIG,MAG) designed for heavy duty also with basic machinery equipment for metal cutting - lathes, milling machines, metal and profile bending rolls, metal bending machines, shearing machines, band saws, drill presses and magnetic drills.

Human resources

Human resources are formed by a team of experienced technicians, welders able to weld in accordance with ČSN 73 2601 (D60 is the holder of so called „great welding card), locksmiths and other machine-workers with a long experience, who are ready to fulfill the requirements of our customers.
